- Restriction List of materials that cannot be disposed of in a roll off dumpster. 

Dirt, liquids, Fluorescent tubes, Food waste, Monitors, Microwaves, Motor oil, Oil filters, Other flammable liquids, Petroleum – contaminated soil or lead paint chips, Propane tanks, Radioactive materials, Railroad ties, Solvents, Televisions, Tires, Transmission oil, Medical waste, Lubricating or hydraulic oil, Industrial waste, Herbicides and pesticides, Aerosol cans, liquids, animals, antifreeze, appliances, Asbestos, Batteries, Chemical products, Computers, Contaminated oils (mixed with solvents or gasoline), Barrels, Paint ( except completely dried latex paint cans). 

-Customer acknowledges he/she has care, custody and control of equipment owned by Fuzion and accepts responsibility and liabilities for the use of the equipment and its contents. THEREFORE, THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS B.A.D FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR INJURY TO OR DEATH OF PERSON OR PERSONS RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER OUT OF CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE QUIPMENT FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

- Blue arrow disposal will not be responsible for damage done to roadways/driveway surfaces, culverts, etc., due to its equipment traveling on customer property, nor will Blue arrow disposal be responsible for damage done to roads, road surfaces, culvers, etc., on property or easements leading to or from the location at which the service is performed.

-Fuel Surcharges apply – The rate is currently 17% of invoiced services. This rate is subject to change without notice due to the volatile fuel market.

- Quoted price is for initial delivery, pick up and disposal up to allowable weight (dependent on dumpster size)

20 Yard dumpster – 4 ton (8,000 pounds) allowed.

30 Yard dumpster – 6 ton (12,000 pounds) allowed.

-Customer accepts full responsibility for all damages to Blue Arrow Disposal property due to fire, theft or vandalism and agrees to pay reasonable cost of repair and/or replacement of the equipment or its components. Graffiti cleaning – $50 per occurrence. 

-Dumpster placement and pick up– If you request to be called for a dumpster placement and do no answer within 15 minutes of the driver arrival, the driver will have to leave and return later. If the driver cannot access the dumpster when it is time for pickup. Trip charge - $150

-The driver is not allowed to physically move anything in order to access the dumpster. 

-Dumpster over filled – If the dumpster is filled above indicated line but driver is still able to put the taro over it – $200 If the items are sticking out and it cannot be taken to dispose there will be a trip charge $150 – no disposal done until items are taken out and is safe for travel. 

-Frozen trash – If the trash is frozen and assistance is needed from a backhoe - $100 

-Landfill refusal – If initial location will not take the trash and a secondary location is needed $70 per ton for total tons. 

-If the dumpster is too heavy and it requires a different method to pick up and haul $100 per hour plus overweight fees.
